The rules for using Stylefy.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use only accounts you are authorized to control. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you post. You grant Stylefy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt for technical formatting, and distribute that content only as needed to operate and promote the service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to share it.

Community conduct

• Rate outfits and styling—not people, bodies, identities, or worth.
• Do not harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, deceive, or share hateful or sexual content.
• Do not infringe copyright, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Do not evade blocks, manipulate votes, spam, scrape, disrupt, or misuse the service.
• Follow the Community Guidelines and applicable law.

Safety and moderation

Stylefy may review reports and remove, limit, label, or preserve content; restrict features; suspend accounts; or terminate access when reasonably necessary for safety, integrity, legal compliance, or enforcement. Moderation decisions may be appealed where the app provides that option.

Service changes

Stylefy may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features. The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to keep it reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Account termination

You may stop using Stylefy or delete your account at any time. Stylefy may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk, or are required to be restricted by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Responsibility and disputes

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stylefy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited in your location. Contact Stylefy through Help & Support before starting a formal dispute so we can try to resolve it.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by another appropriate method. If you do not agree to updated Terms, stop using Stylefy and delete your account.
